CENTERVILLE, Mass.—For the second time this season, women's soccer junior forward Krista Ledin (Bridgewater, Mass.) has been named the Corvias ECAC New England Division III Women's Soccer Player of the Week, the ECAC Office announced Tuesday evening.
Ledin recorded six goals in two games to help UMass Boston wrap up their second consecutive Little East Conference Regular Season Championship and second overall regular season title in program history.
The junior forward who previously won the award on October 23, recorded a hat-trick in both games to help reset her own UMass Boston and Little East Conference single-season program records with 32 goals and 69 points.
She recorded all three goals in a 3-1 win over Bridgewater State University, before scoring three more against Rhode Island College in UMass Boston's regular-season finale.
The two victories extended UMass Boston's winning streak to a program-record nine games and tied the program-mark for longest unbeaten streak as well.
