Kelsey Collasius enters her first season on the UMass Boston volleyball coaching staff.

A standout collegiate player, Collasius earned numerous awards while playing for the Bears of Bridgewater State University. During her four seasons, Collasius climbed the all-time leader's board in multiple categories. To date she ranks first and second for most kills in a match with 32 and 26 respectively. In a season, she also ranks first and second having accumulated 597 in 2006 and 559 in 2007. All-time Collasius is the Bears leader in career kills with 1,762.

For her efforts on the court, Collasius garnered numerous conference and regional honors. A four-time MASCAC All-Conference selection, Collasius also earned conference player of the year honors and New England Women's Volleyball Association All-Region second team honors.

Collasius graduated from Bridgewater State in 2009 with her bachelor's in Biology, while also minoring in Chemistry. She currently works Siemens HealthCare Diagnostics in Walpole.
