The 2013-14 season will mark the fourth for head coach Consandria Walker. Since taking over the program, Walker has seen tremendous success and has continued to bring in some of the top athletes in all of New England.

This past outdoor season, Walker coached the first female All-American in over 20 years at UMass Boston in freshman Hulerie McGuffie.  McGuffie also became the first female in program history to be named the Little East Conference Indoor and Outdoor Rookie Field Athlete of the Year after winning the long jump event at both conference championship meets.  McGuffie was also a member of the first 4x100 relay team to qualify for the outdoor national championship when she joined teammates Samara Faustin '13, Anisha Trappier, and Renee O'Brien in Wisconsin.

In the 2012-13 campaign, Walker helped develop some of the top sprinters since the program's "Golden Era".  Faustin was amongst the elite sprinters in the entire Little East Conference, and with Walker leading the way the Beacons saw tremendous success in both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

As a standout four-year student-athlete for Northeastern University from 2006-10, Walker competed in the shorts sprints, triple jump and long jump. Walker qualified for her NCAA Championship as a sophomore and later as a senior tri-captain. The NEU graduate was known for her leaping abilities as she racked up 10 long jump and seven triple jump titles in her four years.

Along with her NCAA Championship appearances in the triple jump, Walker was a member of the Huskies' first-ever 4 x 100-meter Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) champion relay squad (47.45). At the New England Championship, Walker won the indoor long jump championship in 2009 along with the outdoor 4 x 100-meter relay title (46.44). Walker completed her senior year leaping a 12.53m in the Triple Jump at the Seahawk Invitational.

At Hackensack High School in Hackensack, NJ, Walker captained the track team for two years and was recognized with All-County, All-League, All-State and All-American honors.

Originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica, Walker graduated from Northeastern with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services.
