Men’s 4x100 Cruises Into Finals at NCAA Outdoor National Championship

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The men's 4x100-meter relay team cruised into the finals at the 2018 NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championship as the four sprinters finished in sixth place in the prelims Thursday afternoon on the campus of the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The team of Dom Nda (Pittsfield, Mass.), Stefan Powell (Hyde Park, Mass.), Bless Amedoadzi (Boston, Mass.), and Garth Miriyoga (Johannesburg, South Africa) recorded a time of 41.15 seconds, which tied their program record.  The Beacons will be the lone team from New England to qualify for the national championship after shattering the program record last Thursday at the MIT Final Qualifier meet in Cambridge.

The relay team will look to win the program's first-ever national championship in the 4x1 on Saturday at 1:05 pm EST.
